At Woolpit Primary Academy, we follow the Sing Up Music curriculum. It has been written to provide children with a fun and engaging musical experience, while meeting the requirements of the National Curriculum and the approaches recommended in the Model Music Curriculum.  

Covering a broad and diverse range of repertoire, approaches, and musical traditions, Sing Up Music ensures a broad and balanced musical education. It develops children's skills within the interrelated strands of singing, playing, performing, composing, improvising, listening, and appraising.

Above all, our curriculum inspires within our children a love of music and ignites a spark of excitement when we all sing and play together.
