Forest school leader
12:30pm – 3:30pm, Wednesday afternoon and Friday all day, 38 weeks per year.
We are looking for a forest school leader to join our team. We have an amazing outdoor space to be used and we are excited to support someone to build it to its full potential. It is an exciting opportunity for anyone who has experience in these areas. We would consider a person who is currently not a qualified level 3 forest school leader but who does have experience.
This post is a permanent role.
Woolpit Primary Academy is looking to recruit an appropriately experienced, enthusiastic and hardworking individual to join our dedicated, supportive and highly effective team.
We are looking for a highly motivated team player, with a calm and patient approach who:
-
is able to support pupils across age ranges, with the varying needs
-
has the experience of taking whole class lessons and planning with support
-
is ideally a trained forest school leader
-
has good English and Maths skills
-
can form positive relationships and undertake the key worker role, liaising with teachers, SENDCo and senior leaders
-
is willing to undertake training and attend meetings as necessary.
-
is willing to learn
-
is able to go over and above to get the school to the place with the journey we are on
The post offers a fulfilling opportunity to work with a committed team and the young people in our successful school community.
If you are dedicated, hardworking and have the ability to support this important aspect of our provision, then we would love to receive an application from you.
