About Woolpit Primary Academy

Woolpit Primary Academy

Here at Woolpit Primary Academy, we believe in working hand-in-hand with you to make those goals a reality. Day-to-day, this partnership means making sure they come to school every day, helping them out with their reading and homework, ensuring they get a good night’s sleep and eat well, and simply being a listening ear when they need to let off steam.

We all know that parenting isn’t always a walk in the park, but it is incredibly rewarding! We want to work closely with you for the benefit of your children, and we promise to always keep you in the loop.

If you would ever like to volunteer some of your time at the school, please do get in touch. We also have a brilliant and active Friends of Woolpit School that works hard to raise funds for essential resources and experiences that enrich our children’s education, and we’d absolutely love for you to get involved!

A message from the Headteacher

I am very proud to be the headteacher of this amazing school, located in the village of Woolpit. We are a school where high expectations alongside nurture and well-being are at the heart of all we do. Children, their families and the local community are valued and we believe that when we work together as a whole school community we can provide the very best education for all the children at our school.

We strive for high standards in all that we do and believe that children learn best when they are engaged and motivated through high quality, exciting and well-planned learning opportunities. It is our aim for children to leave our school as well-rounded and resilient individuals who have a love of learning and who are well-equipped to continue their learning journey through to high school and beyond.

Please take a look at our website to find out more about our school. If you have any questions or you would like a tour of the school, then please get in touch.
